Symposium Fees

Please use the Online Registration System and register as soon as possible.

The fee for Acadamic (Faculty), Student*, and Industrial registrants includes:

Admission to all technical sessions during ISOM XVIII
symposium materials
Reception (Sunday August 2 2009)
Lunch (Monday-Friday)
Coffee and refreshments during the designated break times
Excursion and Dinner (Wednesday, August 5 2009)
1 Ticket to the symposium Banquet

Cancellations:

Notifications of cancellation submitted in writing prior to July 5 2009 will be entitled to a refund less a €75 processing fee. No refunds will be granted after July 12 2009; however, substitutions may be made until the beginning of the symposium.

*A limited number of students (from developing countries) can be supported financially by providing a modest travel / accomodation support.
Please send a formal application to the conference secretariat. A decision will be made until May 15th on the basis of the submitted abstracts and the total number of applicants.
